Does ReviewBay work if I have zero reviews right now?

Yes — ReviewBay is specifically built for this. The contact import lets you reach your existing customers right away, and the peer exchange connects you with other verified local business owners who can leave honest reviews for each other. Most members see their first new review within a few days.

Will using ReviewBay get my Google Business Profile penalized?

No. We ask your customers for honest feedback — we never tell them what to write, what rating to give, or how to phrase it. That is the line Google draws, and we stay well behind it. Our entire outreach process is designed around Google's review guidelines.

What happens to my contacts when I import them?

Your contact list is private. We use it only to send your review requests and never share, sell, or market to your contacts. You can delete your uploaded contacts at any time from your account settings.

How does the peer review exchange work?

ReviewBay connects you with other verified local business owners. You leave an honest review for a business you have a genuine opinion of, and they do the same for you. Every exchange is transparent and tracked inside the platform. Only verified business owners with real Google Business Profiles can participate.

What if my contacts don't respond to the review request?

We send one personalized request and one follow-up reminder. After that, we leave them alone. You can always add them to a future campaign if you want to try again.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel from your account settings at any time with no penalties. There are no long-term contracts.

Is ReviewBay available outside of Texas?

We launched in San Antonio and are currently focused on Texas businesses during our beta. That said, you are welcome to sign up from anywhere — the platform will work for you.

How long does it take to get set up?

Most members complete onboarding in under 10 minutes. You will need your Google Business Profile URL and optionally a list of contacts to import. Your first review requests can go out the same day.
