Developer & founder of ReviewBay · San Antonio, TX
hi, I'm Dima
For years, I worked with small businesses as both an owner and occasionally as an advisor. I noticed a frustrating pattern. The businesses doing the best work were not always the ones getting the most customers.
Instead, the businesses with the biggest advertising budgets and the best marketing often dominated online, even when their service was average.
At the same time, many new businesses faced a different challenge which I call the “ghost town problem”. With few or no online reviews, they appeared invisible to potential customers, even when they were trustworthy and highly qualified.
These are reputation problems, not advertising problems.
Most small business owners already have something more valuable than marketing. Trust. Their customers, employees, vendors, friends, and partners know the quality of their work. The challenge is turning that real-world trust into a visible online reputation.
That is why I created ReviewBay.
ReviewBay helps businesses collect honest reviews, strengthen their online presence, and build referral relationships with other local business owners.
Our mission is simple: help great businesses get found and trusted online.
Today, customers search not only on Google, but also through AI assistants, maps, Facebook groups, and Reddit. Businesses with strong online reputations are easier to discover and more likely to grow.
ReviewBay helps make sure the businesses doing great work get the visibility they deserve.
Thank you for taking the time to learn about ReviewBay. I hope it helps your business grow.

principles
User Obsessed
We build for small business owners, not investors, stupid made up vanity metrics, or trends. Every feature should help real businesses earn more trust, more visibility, and ultimately more customers.
Authenticity Wins
Fake reviews, bots, and manipulation damage the internet for everyone. Reputation should be earned through real relationships and authentic customer experiences.
Huge Action Bias
Small businesses cannot wait six months for results. We must move quickly, iterate constantly, and focus on shipping improvements that create real momentum for our users.
