Every ReviewBay member gets access to real human support. Not a chatbot, not a ticket queue that disappears for a week.

How to reach us

We respond to all emails within 1 business day. If it's urgent — account access, billing errors — include "URGENT" in the subject line and we'll prioritize it.

Dashboard support: Submit a request directly from Help → Contact Support. This is faster because your account details come through automatically.

What we can help with

Account setup and onboarding. Review credit issues or disputes. Billing questions and invoice requests. Directory listing optimization. Technical issues with the platform. Questions about staying compliant with Google's review policies.

What we can't do

Three things worth being honest about upfront.

We can't remove reviews from Google. Only Google can do that, and only for policy violations. If you have a fake or abusive review, we can walk you through the flagging process, but the decision is Google's.

We can't guarantee specific search ranking positions. No one can — anyone who promises otherwise is lying.

We can't retroactively apply promo pricing to accounts created outside the promo window. The lock-in pricing is only available during the April 2026 launch period. We can't make exceptions without making the policy meaningless.
