your profile is safe here

The biggest concern most business owners have about reputation software like this is simple: will it get my Google profile penalized? If you use ReviewBay, the answer is no. Here is exactly how.

how we protect you

Your Google profile won't get flagged

Every part of ReviewBay's outreach is designed around Google's review guidelines. We ask customers for honest feedback — we never tell them what to write, what rating to leave, or how to phrase it. That's the line Google draws, and we stay well behind it.

Your contacts are private

When you import a contact list, it belongs to you. We use it to send your review requests and nothing else. We never sell it, share it with other members, or use it to market to your customers.

We never spam your customers

We send one personalized review request and one follow-up reminder. That's it. Your customers are never bombarded, and every message is written to feel like it came from you — because it did.

Only verified businesses in the peer network

Every member who can exchange reviews with you is linked to a real, active Google Business Profile. No anonymous accounts, no fake businesses. When someone reviews you through ReviewBay, they are a real business owner.

No purchased reviews — ever

Reviews are earned by participating in the network — they cannot be bought. There is no shortcut to just "buy reviews" that could put your profile at risk. The system is designed so that every review flowing through ReviewBay is earned, not paid for.

Real people watch for problems

We monitor for unusual review patterns and suspicious activity. If something looks off, a real person investigates — not just an automated filter. We catch issues before they can affect your account.

Built to stay compliant as Google's policies evolve

Google updates its review policies periodically. When they do, we update our outreach and platform practices to match. You do not need to track Google's policy changes yourself — we do that for you.

For the full rules of the platform, see our Terms of Service.
